DEFICIT RECOVERY PLAN
For schools in deficit there is a requirement to put in place recovery plans. At TEF we can assist to put plans in place which entails review of staffing changes by advising on restricts, holding recruitment, reducing support hours. Review of curriculum and putting forward options for reduced curricular activities. Advice will include operation options focusing and exploring quick wins for the short-term medium and long term.
