Rav brings nearly 30 years of senior finance leadership in local government, operating at Head of Service and Strategic Business Partner level. She has led major financial recovery and transformation programmes across Adults, Children’s and Education Services, delivering £25m+ in savings, reducing High Needs Block deficits and supporting multi-year budget recovery.
Rav specialises in financial strategy, modelling, transformation governance and demand forecasting, with extensive experience advising Cabinet members, Boards and senior leadership teams. Known for combining strategic insight with operational delivery, she helps organisations strengthen financial governance and make confident long-term decisions.
Sue Sehangera
HEAD OF ENGAGEMENT & PARTNERING
Sue is an experienced education finance specialist with 25+ years in local authority and schools finance. She brings deep expertise across financial management, SEND funding, High Needs Block management, financial modelling and year-end accounts.
Sue has extensive experience supporting mainstream, academy and specialist schools, helping leaders navigate complex funding frameworks including the National Funding Formula, place-based funding and top-ups. Known for her analytical and collaborative approach, she delivers clear financial insight, robust forecasting and strategic financial advice to support sustainable school funding.
Angela Kalyan
HEAD OF BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE & REPORTING
Angela is an ACCA-qualified finance professional with over 20 years’ experience in financial planning, audit and corporate reporting, specialising in business intelligence and data-led financial insight.
She develops MTFS models, forecasting tools and performance dashboards that give organisations clearer visibility of financial performance and long-term planning. Angela’s expertise lies in strengthening data quality, improving reporting processes and translating complex financial information into clear strategic insight for senior leaders.
Harmanjot Kaur
HEAD OF PROCESS OPTIMISATION
Harmanjot is an education finance specialist with 19+ years’ experience across DSG, school funding and education grant frameworks, managing multi-million-pound budgets in complex local authority environments.
She specialises in financial process transformation, funding analysis and reporting systems, designing tools that improve financial transparency, operational efficiency and decision-making. Harmanjot brings deep knowledge of education funding regulations, helping schools strengthen financial sustainability while ensuring compliance.
